The Second Right Answer... is Love

The time you spent wasting that you enjoyed was not wasted.
~ John Lennon

Nothing in life has meaning except for the meaning that we give it.

Think about that as you go through your day reacting to people, thoughts, things, events and experiences that are only happening to you in the way that you see them. What is meaningful to one person, good or bad, can be the complete opposite to anyone and/or everyone else. It can also be just neutral.

Do you react a lot? How does that serve you to feel good about life, relaxed and calm, at peace and in the joy of life?

Every minute you’re angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

I've been around many people who react about most everything. There's such a loss of life when that is a person's way of being.

Step back every time you begin to freak out! No matter how seemingly big and provoking something may seem, or small and sharp and painful. When you become angry and tight in your muscles and thoughts, holding love and feelings in, you hold everything and everyone else out.

Know that there is always a second right answer as to how to see anything and everything at any moment. Yes, it will take work at first! The second right answer can be love.
Someday, it can be the first right answer.

10 minutes of laughter = 2 hours of pain free sleep.
~ Norman Cousins, healed himself from cancer.

It’s always something.
~ Gilda Radner, as Rosanne Rosanna Danna. Lost her battle with cancer.

Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.
~ Helen Keller

Shared joy is double joy; shared sorrow is half sorrow.
~ Swedish Proverb

The world breaks everyone, and afterward many are strong in the broken places.
~ Ernest Hemingway

It takes 36 facial muscles to frown, 13 to smile. Frowning physicians face twice as many mal-practice suits than those who smile!
