Change Your Questions - Change Your Life

If you really listen to your mind-chatter, you'll notice that you are constantly asking yourself questions. This is good! Questions lead to new answers and new directions... if... your questions are higher and higher quality questions.

Questions serve as a re-focus mechanism. Asking yourself new questions immediately changes what you're focusing on. They also change how you feel. And, in the long run, they should be guides to new options and directions.

Example: Weight loss
Instead of asking yourself limiting questions, like, "Why can't I lose weight?" Ask yourself higher quality questions, like, "What can I eat today that will be more nutritious and healthy for me?" Or, "What can I do to burn some calories today, even if for only 10 minutes?"

Change your questions to positive, life affirming and focused on new results in changed behavior and still more positive questions for forward movement.
